Part 2

Prior to sliding into bed, you are going to want to play a sleep CD, also called sleep sound tracks. This CD/tape will run as you go to bed and try to go to sleep. The music from the track will find their way into the depths of your mind and actually start lulling you to sleep instantly. The outcome from the tape/cd are relatively fast, meaning you won't likely realize it's working till you awaken the next morning.
